Walk along the bay

There were lots of kayak out in the sun on the bay

There were also some real nice sail boats.It was so good to be out in the sun.

I think I am going to buy a baby jogger for Sadi she got tired and

wanted to be carried.

My mom and sister and I took a trip to Winthrop a while back. I had forgotten that I had taken these pictures. I took them with my 35mill. camera and they were stuck in an envelope .

I am still trying to catch up on my comments to all of you.I can't seem to get my self together,but I am working on it. Love and prayers to all of you.

I'm back

Just a note to say I am back.

I could list a bunch of reasons that I have not been

on line for awhile all of them are lligit.

1. My computer was in the shop.

2. The day I got it back my daughter

arrived for a weeks visit.

3. I became a grandmother again.

7lb 9oz boy named Liam.

4. My strength training class is going

very well,and I have lost 32lbs.

I will try to read all that I have missed.

and catch up on comments.
