This month has been so hectic every thing came due ,six month diabeticDr. appointment,blood work.mammogram,meeting with my dietitian.
Now that it is all done and everything is good I reduced my A1c to 5.9
My Dr. told my to brag and that I am her poster child.
That ship in my picture is called the Zodiac and tomorrow I am going to sail on her.
It is only a three hour cruise,but I am so excited I just hope we don't end up
on Gillian's Island or maybe that would be ok for a while.
I will have pictures when I return.

Congrats on your good health report, Betty. That's wonderful that you are keeping your blood sugar under control. WOW!!!!

Good news from your doctor for sure. But I know you have been working hard with diet and exercise, so it is paying off. The Zodiac looks like a great ship to go sailing on. Very classic looking. I am anxious to see you pictures when you get back. Tonight we are taking our bookmobile float cabin to the Blackberry Street Fair to sell books. Fortunately it is just out front of our condo so it won't be too much work, just three hours of standing and talking to people. - Margy
