Wow, these veggies look great. I love eggplant and I'm trying to grow several plants but I don't think they will get as big as the ones in your picture.
Your dinner plans sound good, we are going Mexican tonight. My DIL is cooking.
That looks like a wonderful place, with so much to do. You had perfect weather too.
YUM---those strawberries look fabulous. We have TN strawberries--but they are gone now.
I love asparagus also--but don't eat it often since it is quite expensive.

OH yummy... strawberries and asparagus are my favorites!!!! I can never ever get enough of these!
I have never tried eggplant before and I think it's something I must try.
