Sailing on the Zodiac

Here are a few pictures of my wonderful three hour sail.

I only wish it had been three years .

This is the ships bell. The Zodiac was built in 1924

August,Sailing

This month has been so hectic every thing came due ,six month diabetic

Dr. appointment,blood work.mammogram,meeting with my dietitian.

Now that it is all done and everything is good I reduced my A1c to 5.9

My Dr. told my to brag and that I am her poster child.

That ship in my picture is called the Zodiac and tomorrow I am going to sail on her.

It is only a three hour cruise,but I am so excited I just hope we don't end up

on Gillian's Island or maybe that would be ok for a while.

I will have pictures when I return.

I was walking around campus and I ran into these lovely Lilies.
The white one smelled very sweet and nice.

My sister-in-law gave us a start of this Hydrangea I just love it.
