This month has been so hectic every thing came due ,six month diabeticDr. appointment,blood work.mammogram,meeting with my dietitian.
Now that it is all done and everything is good I reduced my A1c to 5.9
My Dr. told my to brag and that I am her poster child.
That ship in my picture is called the Zodiac and tomorrow I am going to sail on her.
It is only a three hour cruise,but I am so excited I just hope we don't end up
on Gillian's Island or maybe that would be ok for a while.
