Sunshine and clouds

Yesterday I went to my strength training it was a beautiful day
blue skies 50 degrees at 9:00 in the morning

Lovely puffy clouds

Walking across campus I had a spring in my step

Big smile on my face

A beautiful view from the collage.

Then I came home and my son had called they were on there
way to Seattle his dad ( previous post) was in the hospital with
chest pains. He is going to be OK. They are doing more tests today.
Prayers please they just found each other and need lot and lots of time
to catch up on the years missed.

Yes the sunshine does make us all feel so good. I know it does me.

Sorry to hear the son's father is in the hospital. As you said he will be ok. MB

What a beautiful view out over the water! And that seagull seems very content to let you take his photo. :o)

I'll say a prayer for your son's Dad.

Hope you have a great rest of your week, my friend.

Love and hugs,

Diane

I know it's winter but with such mild weather if feels just like spring and I love it. I'm glad to hear your son's dad will be ok but I'm sure everyone will be much happier once he is out of the hospital.

Prayers are coming their way Betty. Maybe it's just the excitement and some stress of the meeting. I'm sure he will be OK.
What a beautiful sky too. When the sun shines,my moods are always uplifted.
I love reading your blog Betty.
Have a wonderful Friday, and tell "Dad" we're cheering him on.
